4. Design skills: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

6. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions already worked on before.

7. Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality designs.

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand serving the Cameroonian market, offering high-demand physical products through a Cash/Payment on Delivery (COD) model. We’re looking for a reliable and persuasive Virtual Assistant / Sales Closer who can manage customer interactions, confirm orders, follow up on deliveries, and help reduce return rates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🛍️ Sales Closing & Order Confirmation

Call potential customers who placed orders online to confirm order details (name, address, product, quantity).

  • Use persuasion and rapport-building skills to close hesitant buyers.

  • Answer common product-related questions and address objections.

  • 📞 Customer Service & Relationship Building

Provide excellent customer support via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social platforms.

  • Send reminders and follow-ups to customers before delivery to reduce order rejection.

  • Keep customers updated on delivery status or potential delays.

  • 🧾 Order & Data Management

Record and update order status using Google Sheets or CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Track failed deliveries and assist in recovering rejected orders.

  • 📊 Performance Reporting & Insights

Report daily performance, including confirmed orders, cancellations, and rejection reasons.

  • Provide feedback on customer objections or trends for improving marketing and fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and French.

Proven Experience in sales, telesales, or customer support (preferably in COD-based eCommerce).

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.

Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.


Ability to work under minimal supervision and hit daily targets.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with Nigerian,Cameroonian,  Kenyan, Ghanaian, or similar COD-based eCommerce businesses.


Ability to handle 50+ calls/messages per day with efficiency.
